Materialsd: We only use the highest possible grade of Stainless Steel. We use .55 mm thickness, not .40 mm. We also do not use Aluminium.

Production Process: We print in Full Colour to produce the best results, and are not limited to basic Pantone spot colours. At present, we do not offer any laser etching processes.

Equipment: We did a lot of research before choosing our printing equipment. Naturally we chose a prominent Japanese manufacturer who has many years of excellence and awards behind them.

Inks: We only use the highest possible grade of inks. These inks are certified VOC-Free (Volitile Organic Compound), and also certified as Non-HAP (Non Harmful Polutants).

Recycling:

Our Stainless Steel Metal Business Cards are highly recyclable, as steel is one of the most recyclable materials on our planet.

Lenticular Printing:

In addition to our standard high quality printing, we also offer very high quality Lenticular printing.

Lenticular Printing: Wikipedia description:

Lenticular printing is a multi-step process consisting of creating a lenticular image from at least two existing images, and combining it with a lenticular lens. This process can be used to create various frames of animation (for a motion effect), offsetting the various layers at different increments (for a 3D effect), or simply to show a set of alternate images which may appear to transform into each other.

MBC Cutting Edge Lenticular Printing:

At MBC, our superior, technically advanced Lenticular production method is very unique, whereby the Lenticular lenses are printed as part of the finished print run.
Previously, an older extrusion method was required, whereby after printing, seperate lenses needed to be purchased, aligned, and then bonded to the substrate, or sometimes the lenses would be purchased, and the printing would be put onto the lenses directly. This latter method generally does not produce very vivid images.

Spot or Whole Image:

With our MBC cutting-edge system, we can offer “Spot” Lenticular printing, where a specific Lenticular effect print area, or areas are required, or “Whole” of image Lenticular printing.

How To Place An Order:

Thank you for deciding to place an order.
Please follow the steps outlined herein so
that we can process your order efficiently.

Step 1. Send an email to sales@metalbusinesscardsaustralia.com
telling us how many cards you’d like to order.

Step 2. Send your artwork to our email address:

We accept most file formats, however we do
prefer .pdf complete files with embeded fonts.

We are happy to work with you even if you
don’t have any finished artwork, however our
artwork and design charges would apply.

Step 3. We will send you an invoice which will detail
all of the charges which are due and payable..

Step 4. Once payment has been received, we will schedule the
production of your new Metal Business Cards.

Step 5. Once production of your new Metal Business Cards
have been completed, we will ship them to you
via your preferred method.

Typical Production Times.

Most of our customer orders are completed
within 7 business days. However sometimes
lead-times can extend when there are artwork
related issues which can delay production.
